Refund Policy

1. Overview

AC Stock Tracker sells the Country Pass as a one-time payment for 90 days of unlimited stock alerts. This policy explains your right to request a refund and the circumstances in which we will issue one.

2. 14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/73/EU (as implemented by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) for a distance contract concluded with a trader. You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. an email to support@acstocktracker.com) and we will reimburse you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

3. Refunds for System Failure

If the alert service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a system failure on our side, paid subscribers may request a prorated refund corresponding to the period of downtime, provided the request is made within 30 days of service restoration.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@acstocktracker.com with your purchase receipt / Stripe transaction ID, your registered email, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Once we approve a refund, we submit it to Stripe and it typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
